(example: example1@ns.sympatico.ca) followed in the second space by your password
(your password would have been given to you by the Aliant help desk to access
your email and/or to connect to the internet). If you do not remember or do not have a
password you can contact the Aliant Contact Centre for a new password - for your
provincial contact information please go to www.aliant.net)
All emails are deleted after 60 days. Please do not use Webmail to store emails for greater than 60 days
